Situated in the Eastern Cape countryside, halfway between Port Elizabeth and Jeffreys Bay, Crossways Farm Village is nestled in the foothills of the Baviaanskloof Mega Reserve – a world heritage site – and in close proximity to the prestigious Van Stadens Wildflower Reserve.

The map below indicates a number of urban amenities, points of interest, services and leisure activities that are available once you have become part of the Crossways Farm Village community. These include quick access to the Baywest Mall,  the Eastern Cape’s greatest shopping and entertainment experience. The Port Elizabeth airport is also within easy reach.

The entire development is phased and designed over various walkable neighbourhoods. These neighbourhoods are integrated between the prime agricultural land and the conservation areas. We realised very early on in the process of developing Crossways Farm Village, that a set of quality Design Guidelines and Protocols would be necessary to protect the value of the property. In doing this, we offer home owners a range of approved architects and builders who are qualified and able to assist in creating your dream home. Various concept plans, as well as Municipal-ready plans, are on offer.

You are welcome to choose your own architect or builder, provided they are registered with The Crossways Farm Village Design Review Panel and follow the design guidelines, plan submission and approval procedures.
